Dennis Shen
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Data Sciences and Operations at USC Marshall Business School.
Previously, I was a FODSI postdoc fellow at the Simons Institute at UC Berkeley, where I was fortunate to be hosted by Professors Peng Ding, Jasjeet Sekhon, and Bin Yu. I completed my PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, where I was fortunate to be advised by Professor Devavrat Shah.
My research interests are broadly at the interface of high-dimensional statistics, machine learning, and causal inference.
